What we build

We design and build houses. Because the drawing and the construction sit with one team, the structure set out on site is the one we drew — there is no second contractor interpreting somebody else's plans, and no gap between what you approved and what gets built.

We also build for government: classroom buildings, a university facility, and concrete roads, contracted through the Department of Public Works and Highways and local government.

That work is inspected against government specification and signed off by the agency that commissioned it. It is a harder standard to build to than a private job, and most contractors our size have never been through it — which is the best answer we can give you about how your house will be built.
